Encouraging Greatness

This is my first post on a new site with a new theme. I had a site before, it was fun and I learned a lot, but it didn't inspire me enough to keep it going. It was more work based rather than something I was really passionate about making work. Everything I learned from that has been put into this new site. What I hope to accomplish is having an outlet as I get a lot of ideas throughout the day about things that are awesome and things that are not working well. From talking with others that I work with, people are more frustrated than ever with their work. I get very frustrated myself and I don’t want to. I hope that in writing here I can inspire myself and others to find happiness. I’m hoping you, the readers will find inspiration and will encourage me. I hope this is a forum that will allow all of us to be truly great, in work, family and life.
